Customer Information Update

At CIB, we hold the security and safety of your funds and personal information as one of our highest priorities and having up-to-date records helps us protect you. To ensure that your CIB banking services continue operating smoothly, please update your personal information at your earliest convenience.


Please provide the bank with the following supporting documents in case of any change in your profile( work/ permanent address): in person or sent them along with the published KYC form signed with your bank ized signature on all pages to P.O.Box number 2430 Al Ataba attention : Your Branch

  • Original HR letter
  • A recent utility bill (either electricity, gas or water)

In case of expired/any change in National ID for Egyptians/Passport for Foreigners/Commercial Register for companies, appreciate your attendance to bank premises to update your KYC and submit the new documents. 

For Companies ' accounts: In case of any change in shareholders' structure, Board of directors, Senior Management , appreciate your attendance to bank premises to update your KYC and to provide the updated investment gazette or latest updated contract and other documents showing the change in shareholders' structure, Board of directors, Senior Management
